Dr. Jeff Vecere is uniquely qualified to take care of orthodontic problems. As a child, he had problems with his teeth and jaws. Fitted with braces at age eight, his orthodontic treatment continued for many years. It was this experience that stimulated his interest in dentistry and encouraged him to study orthodontics.
Dr. Vecere grew up in Cape May County, New Jersey, and has practiced there since 1982. He received his undergraduate degree from Temple University in 1973. He graduated from Temple University School of Dentistry in 1977 and completed his orthodontic residency at Temple in 1982.
From 1995 to 2005 at its closing, he volunteered dental services at The Community Dental Clinic. Dr. Vecere loves doing dentistry, especially orthodontics. The satisfaction that comes from creating a beautiful smile for his patients is immeasurable.
In 2005, Dr. Vecere was named in New Jersey Magazine as one of the top dentists in New Jersey, the only orthodontist on the list from Cape May County. That same year, Dr. Vecere was acknowledged by the Cape May County Board of Chosen Freeholders and Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital for his years of volunteer service at the Community Dental Health Center. In October of 2006, Dr. Vecere received the Business Partnership Award from the New Jersey Council of County Vocational/Technical Schools.
Dr. Vecere lives in Cape May Court House near the office. It is important to him to be available to his patients. He enjoys photography, fishing, and playing golf in his spare time.
